The team at Elmhurst Clinic takes a very collaborative approach to care, with doctors and nurse practitioners meeting every Friday morning to review cases and assess the best course of treatment for each patient. It offers pre-pregnancy counseling and OB/GYN services.
All five physicians in the group trained in the 90s and share very similar views to patient care. Their focus is on delivering up-to-date care that is centered on evidence-based medicine. Their approach is also quite personal. Although you have your own primary OB doctor, you'll have the chance to meet with each physician at least twice to establish a natural comfort level. Instead of having just one personal OB, you'll have five.
